STEY uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, protect and improve the STEY platform. This policy explains how and why we use these technologies, as well as your choices.

Cookies are small data files which are sent to your mobile phone, computer or other devices. For example, some cookies allow us to identify your browser, and some can remember your preferences. There are two kinds of cookies on the STEY platform: (1) "transient cookies", and (2) "persistent cookies." Why does STEY use these technologies?

We use these technologies for many purposes, including:

• Allowing you to visit and use the STEY platform and payment service.
• Enabling, facilitating and optimizing the operation of the STEY platform and your visit to the STEY platform.
• Better knowing about your experience in browsing the STEY platform and interaction, and improving the STEY platform.
• Providing customized ads (ads on the STEY platform and third-party websites) to you.
• Displaying the content that is more relevant to you (such as ads).
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance, operation and effects of the STEY platform and STEY ads.
• Executing legal agreements applicable to the use of the STEY platform.
• Identifying and preventing frauds and carrying out investigations.
• Customer support, analysis, study, product development and regulatory compliance.

The third party

We also allow some business partners to provide these technologies on the STEY platform. They may use these technologies to: (1) help us analyze how you use the STEY platform. For example, record the third-party service by which you log in the STEY platform; (2) promote and sell the STEY service to you on the STEY platform and third-party websites; (3) help us identify and prevent any fraud or carry out risk evaluation; (4) collect your activity information on the STEY platform, other websites and the ad which you have clicked. For example, to better know about how users use the STEY platform, we work with Umeng and other analysis partners. It should be noted that your information collected by cookies provided by the third party on the platform may be shared by the third party and us.

The third party may use tracking technologies to send the ads which they think you may be interested in, and evaluate the effects of their ads and online services on the STEY platform and other websites. Since the ads are integrated into the STEY platform technologically, you may still receive customized ads even if you choose to exit them. The content of the ads may not be in line with your interests in this case. In addition, we neither control such exit links, nor take any responsibility for whether or not they are available or correct.

The third-party service provider of STEY may send the ads about the service provided by the third-party service provider to you, or record your data when you take an order so as to record your eating habits or ordering frequency, so that the third-party service provider can improve and customize the service for you, thus to provide better services to you. STEY will share the above records and data about the service that you have received with the third-party service provider, so that STEY can better provide customized or other services to you.

The third-party social plugins

The STEY platform may use social plugins provided and operated by the third party. Therefore, you can send the information that you check in a certain section of the STEY platform to the third party. If you have not logged in the account that you have registered in the third party, the third party may know nothing about your identity. If you have logged in the account on the third-party platform, the third party can associate your interaction information or activities on the STEY platform with this account. Your choices

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. But you can visit the "Help" section in the browser toolbar to change the browser settings and reject cookies.
